During my first trip as a blogger panelist for Best Western’s Year of Get Up & Go to Bath, we visited The Courts Garden in Wiltshire. It took around half an hour to drive to the garden from the Centurion Hotel. We’re National Trust members so didn’t have to pay the entry fee. It’s one of the most beautiful gardens I’ve visited in England. Althought the house dates from the 18th century, the garden is laid out in 20th century Arts & Crafts Style.

There’s a tearoom and toilets in The Courts Garden. If there’s space you can park in the private car park just across from the gardens. Otherwise you’ll need to use the overflow car park at the edge of the village and walk back to the Garden.
