Do you mean Hisar on Yorckstrasse? They started out as a small Döner Imbiss and now have a huge traditional Turkish restaurant attached to the Imbiss. There is always a line no matter what time, and they are so successful that they close at Midnight!

I should warn your readers that there are two S-Bahn stations at Yorckstrasse. Coming off the S1 you need to take the Yorckstrasse exit. Coming off the S2 you have to walk a bit to the S1 station otherwise you will be stuck at this awful Döner place that has changed names and managements thrice in as many years.
