I’m was in Bournemouth on the south coast of England for a few days in Autumn 2009. The weather was very good beautiful, warm and sunny. One morning before breakfast I had a walk along the beach. The sea was really calm and the long golden beach was amazing.

Bournemouth Pier is a local landmark and even has a theatre.

The Bouremouth Balloon is a tethered balloon where passengers are housed in the basket hanging below. At £12.50 per adult for a ride, I thought the prices were a bit steep.

My roon at the Cumberland Hotel has a balcony with a seaview. I was back there to video the wonderful colours at dusk.

I enjoyed my stay in Bournemouth. I think that Bournemouth is an ideal location for a short break by the sea.
