Europe a la Carte has a new logo

Europe a la Carte has a new logo. Although I’m very fond of the sunflower logo I’ve been using, I felt it was time for a new logo which would be more representative of the “travel” and “Europe” elements of the blog. So I love the fact that the new logo portrays both of these elements with the map of Europe on the suitcase. I’m happy that the sunflower is still there, albeit in miniature on the luggage tag.

The Europe a la Carte Blog is undergoing a revamp to magazine style, so the new logo will appear when the new design is ready to go.

I think it’s really important for a travel content site to have a strong logo to reinforce the brand and make it more memorable to readers. The trick is for the logo to be eyecatching, descriptive yet simple.

A big thank you to the logo designer Emme Stone of Elephant Cloud. for her great work. If you’re looking for a logo designer who is talented, takes on board what you say, gets back to you quickly and charges reasonable rates, contact Emme.
