		<description>In the US you can find Pecorino at almost any Italian market, and at chains such as Whole Foods. I&#039;m sure there must be an equivalent in Europe, a lot closer than Florida where I live!</description>

		<description>On holiday in Sardinia we fell in love with Pecorino cheese, a hard, sharp cheese made from sheep&#039;s milk. Similar to Parmesan in taste and texture, Pecorino and is a national heritage item with special protection. Quite hard to get ahold of outside Sardinia so feast on it when you&#039;re there!!!</description>
