		<description>I&#039;d been to La Spezia years ago .. but as I&#039;ve lived overseas haven&#039;t done as much travelling as I&#039;d like to ... so the historical Cinque Terre region with its 5 villages .. looks so interesting &amp; has definitely whetted my appetite for a visit ..

&amp; you had a kayak trip .. what fun .. despite the potential of jellyfish ..
