The Summer 2010 Travelodge UK £9 room sale launches on Thursday 7 January 2010 at 06.00. It really is a case of the early bird catching the worm, if you want to bag some of these £9 rooms bargains, you’ll need to get online early and be prepared to spend some time on the Travelodge site.

This is a fantastic price for a ensuite room, you’d pay around the same price for one person to sleep in a hostel dorm. Travelodge have expanded their locations beyond motorway service stations. I’ve stayed in central Harrogate, Yorkshire and in Edinburgh city centre in Travelodges.

My tip - don’t be greedy, once you have found your £9 room, proceed to checkout and pay for it so it’s secured.
