I’d like to introduce you to the most recent member of the Europe a la Carte blogging team.

Hello, I’m Jason Green a 35 year old American professional freelance writer and currently live in Croatia. I graduated college from San Francisco State with a degree in International Relations in 2003 and since then have, pretty much, been on the road. For the past few years have been traveling to places such as Southeast Asia and Europe and have lived in Italy and Croatia since 2006. I love to travel, play beach volleyball and write, and I have great hair. I am happy living in Croatia with my Croatian girlfriend, as it is a beautiful place with friendly people. I just wish they did not want to practice their English when I talk with them, as it does not help my Croatian. I want to keep writing and eventually work in some capacity at an NGO to do some good in this wacky world in which we live.
