Aleandra – I don’t understand how one’s age/ appearance/hair colour is relevant. Readers of the Europe a la Carte blog are here because of interesting, useful content.

When I did Q&A session for easyJet inflight mag about the forthcoming challenge I was asked my age. It’s not that I’m sensitive about it, I’m 51 (and have had grey hair for about 20 years) it’s just totally irrelevant.

Grey makes it sound like you’re in your 70s!! So you have grey hair, but you’re not old! and even if you were, I’d say “seasoned travelers” would be slightly less offensive…

“Bloggers who have been places” sounds to me a bit worn out as if they are obsolete.
