Airtours following my lead for authentic travel?

Have Airtours been looking at the Europe a la Carte website and decided to follow my line of offering their customers the opportunity to “get a more authentic travel experience during their visit to Europe”? Airtours are now offering “Local Flavours” holidays so you can have an authentic package holiday. There is emphasis on strong local character, with many of the featured hotels being family run. You’ll be able to taste local cuisine and shop alongside the locals at the market.

Airtours are the worst travel company I have ever travelled with. Whilst my complaint was relatively simple they have not even had the courtesy to answer the questions raised. I would not recommend them to anyone. Certainly if it not as you require it. they couldn’t care less. Spend more elsewhere if I was you

Kevin, I’m sorry to hear that you have not had any joy from Åirtours. It’s always said that the true extent of good customer service becomes evident in how an organisation deals with somplaints.
