You book a double bedroom for i.e. 90 euros and they add a 20 euros surcharge for a second adult staying in the room (obviously in small prints). This would be acceptable if the final grand total was 110 euros, but unfortunately you get the grand total of 110 euros ONLY after you have paid (and by the way is not refundable!!!!). Is this an honest way to do business? I'm really unhappy with this service and will not been using Holiday Inn anymore. Holiday Inn reply that they are sorry... It is actually me that is sorry since they are losing a valuable custumer who could have use their facilities two or three times a months for business - So I'm sorry for you, Holiday Inn, that you don't know how do business HONESTLY!
