Restaurant Review - Spaghetti Italian Buffet Restaurant, Edinburgh

Welcome to my blog, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I’ve eaten at the Spaghetti Italian Buffet Restaurant, I Waterloo Pl, EH1 3BG (just across from the St James Shopping Centre at the eastern end of Princes St) on several occasions. I think there’s a good selection of decent, tasty food here at the low price of £7 for Monday to Friday lunch, £8 at the weekend and £11 for an evening meal, after 4.15pm. The items available do vary slightly day to day. Yesterday there was soup, garlic bread and several salad dishes to choose from as a starter. I really like the artichokes. There are 5 - 6 pasta dishes (my favourite was the turkey and spinach pasta and the lasagne) various vegetables (including very tasty, creamy spinach, delicious carrots and stuffed tomatoes) and a basic cheese and tomato pizza. There were 3 different gateaux and fruit salad for dessert.

If you are looking for a good value buffet meal with a fair choice of dishes, in a pleasant environment, in a central location, I recommend Spaghetti.
