EU votes for airline financial protection and all inclusive pricing

The European Parliament has just voted in favour of legislation forcing airlines to provide financial protection to passengers in the event of the collapse of an airline. Airlines will also have to quote all inclusive price. No more £1 flights which actually turn out to cost £40 after you add on all taxes, charges etc.
No date has been set for implementation yet but I say the sooner the better.
