When I think of the Scottish Borders I tend to forget that the Borders region extends to the east coast of Scotland. The sea and the landscape in this area is really beautiful. After a few hours of rain around lunch tine today, the sun appeared and it was a gorgeous late afternoon, ideal for a trip to the beach at Coldingham.
