Beecraigs Country Park, West Lothian, Scotland.

Welcome to my blog, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I visited Beecraigs Country Park between Linlithgow and Bathgate, this week. It’s quite a narrow windy road to drive there but it’s well signposted. The park has a deer farm with a large herd of red deer.

The best place to watch the deer is the raised observation platform which also has great views down to the Forth Estuary and across the Fife.

There is a loch where various activities such as fishing and canoeing are on offer. There are many walks in the park with picnic benches, a restaurant, a shop, toilets and plenty of car parking.
