I have just completed my Guide to Perthshire. I think that Perthshire is one of the most beautiful areas in Scotland. It has very dramatic scenery but is still very green and full of trees. Perth, pictured below, is a beautiful small city with good shops, restaurants and cafes and a variety of cultural activities. There are several picturesque towns to visit such as Pitlochry, Crieff and Aberfeldy, each with their own character.
